“We purchased our home 6 years ago. It's a much older home and we've been remodeling it over the years. We've been using Paterbuilt for about 5 years for all the jobs we can't do. Josh and his team are reliable and honest. He provides upfront costs, which are reasonable. Him and his team always do a thorough job, and the repairs are better than what was originally done before. We've used them for so many things around this house, from flooring, electrical, plumbing, and door installation. We have some projects coming up, and we always reach out to Josh first. I like that we've only had him and one of his other guys at our house. We wanted a handyman that we could rely on, someone who would know our home and become familiar with it. We didn't want to have different people in and out every time. I even referred my mom and he has become her go to handyman. We appreciate Josh and his team.”

“Brought my Honda self driving push mower in to get the self driving belt replaced. I had initially called mower menders in Tucker but was put on a 6 week will call list. I googled for another shop and found Tony's number. I was able to bring it in immediately and it got it fixed in just a few days at a very reasonable price. Not only that he explained some of the reasons that can make the belt jump off the transmission pulley and so with my new found knowledge I will be able to prevent or at least reduce the chances of this occurring again. When I discovered I‘d lost one of my favorite diamond earrings Jodi (Store owner along with her husband Harold) I didn’t hesitate to call and ask if she could locate a similar pair. When she couldn’t find what we were looking for she suggested that they could make and match the earring. That’s when the above and beyond in customer service started….. Jodi continued to keep me updated as she worked hard to find someone to make the mold for the matching earring. I would have completely understood if she’d said it couldn’t be done. Today my two matching beautiful earrings were delivered. I so appreciate all the work Jodi and Harold did to make this happen!!! We have purchased many gifts, we’ve had repairs done and even had a custom wedding ring made. There is no store I could give higher praise to or give a better recommendation”

Mrs. Williams was awesome she helped me diagnose the issue that I was having with my car which was basically I needed for new tires. She found new tires gave me a good price and even offered me lunch on her just to help me soothe the weight for having my tires installed, she didn’t quoted me about an hour and a half. My car was finished in 45 minutes. This was the best experience that I ever got at a tire company and I look forward to coming back again thanks Mrs. Williams you’re awesome”

“I came Sunday for Cars, Bikes and Cigars and when I pulled in I was quite disappointed to see only 1 car and about 10 bikes that weren't tricked out at all but I went inside to check it out anyway. There weren't many people inside but I went out on the patio area because the DJ was jamming!! I ordered the Honey Hennessy wings and fries which weren't anything spectacular cuz they tasted more like honey but my server "V" was amazing and the atmosphere was great so I would definitely come back here again just to chill.”

“Great selection of quality food, treats, toys, and accessories for your pets! They carry a specific dog food (Nutrisource - kibble and can) that I can not easily find. It has made a noticeable difference for my dog's itchy skin and achy joints! They also offer day camp, grooming, and a self wash station - have not used these services yet, but they always seem to be busy. Every time I go in, the store associates are super helpful and nice! Very neat, locally owned store!”

Only to find out our custom aprons arrived on Sunday blank. We had to act fast! I found Deborah on Yelp, and within the hour, I had a response and a solution from her. “I don't typically do online reviews, but my experience with this company has been over-the-top exceptional! Let me start with the customer service. Having a website and an App has been great. Most questions are answered there, but over the last year, I've had to call in with questions. They always take the time to explain everything in detail, never trying to rush you off the phone. The knowledge that they pass on is priceless! The product Dragon Juice is by far the best and most versatile product I've used in the 10 years we've been in business. I'm sure we have tried over 50 different degreasers and cleaners through the years. Most of these products are only designed for one particular type of stain. In the past year of using DJ, it has proved to work on a WIDE variety of oils, stains, oxidation and other discolorations. Each truck now has a 5 gallon bucket of DJ on it. This has replaced about 5 different chemicals that we used to carry! Now for the safety aspect. One benefit of DJ is that you don't have to worry about it spilling in your work vehicles and causing an explosion or deadly gas. When we used to carry 5 different chemicals, I was always worried about spills and mixing. It inevitably happened, but thank goodness nobody was ever hurt. As we grow and have more employees, it has been more and more important that we have products that are safe to use and non-hazardous to the environment. I can't tell you how much more at ease I am when sending guys out with this one product, rather than multiple harsh ones. The safeness of this product also comes into play when you are applying it. Our old products could not be sprayed near wood doors, aluminum trim and many other sensitive surfaces. None of this is a concern when using Dragon Juice. It truly is remarkable!
