To add, their facility was very clean and I can't say the same for the one near my house. They need to seriously clean their restrooms at store #100. Not this one though, everything was clean, everyone had a smile on their face and seemed happy to serve me my $5 Monday smoothie. The guy here even opened the door for me. I honestly feel like this location should be the standard to ALL other locations. real talk. From the smell to the cleanliness, to the employees. “I stopped in here last weekend to find black seed oil after seeing the store from the road on my way through the city and I'm glad I did. I read about some of it's benefits in weight loss, blood sugar regulation, hair restoration/health, etc. The lady behind the counter (I forgot her name) was so very nice and helpful with her recommendation as was her husband. “Thank goodness I was referred to Rick at Quality Care is where I'll start.. I needed to get my car in somewhere quick and I was getting the run around everywhere I called. 4-8 wks if I was lucky? Seriously? Then someone said I should call Rick at Quality Care. Professional and friendly, he answered all my questions. He also helped me through the process with my insurance company. I couldn't get in or out of my driver door, which was of course unsafe besides being a pain. He worked me in and worked with my insurance company to get it done as fast as possible. The ins co took longer than he did. My Nissan Baby looks soooo good, and I felt like he took the time to make sure it was done right and I would be happy. Completely happy with this company and would highly recommend it to anyone.”

When I was planning my mother in law and father in law's Celebration of Life, I knew that I could count on them for the flower arrangements. I called and Darlyn went above and beyond helping me. I sent her pictures of the venue and told her what colors I was wanting. I was blown away when I received the arrangements. They were larger than I expected for my tight budget and completely appropriate for the Celebration of Life. They were works of art and I could tell that they were created with thoughtfulness and love.”

“I really enjoy the quality of care here. Dr. Edwards is a very nice doctor who answers all questions and really has excellent bedside manner. My only complaint is that you are never given your prescription unless you very directly ask for a copy. I always forget - I assume the paper receipt they give you has the prescription on it - and have to go back to get it. I understand they try to sell glasses also and don't want customers taking the prescriptions to cheaper options, but it sure is a PITA to have to find time to go back to get a copy of my actual prescription.”

“My daughter got her hair done here for the first day of school a while ago and they did a pretty decent job. My regular stylist doesn’t have anything open for a month so I decided to try here. You have to make an account to make an appointment and after I did that, the website doesn’t recognize my sign up. So click forgot password…still nothing. Way too much to book an appointment. I’ve spent a little over 20 minutes just trying to sign up and book an appointment. I’m too frustrated and judging by the other reviews on surprise fees, I’ll pass. And before the owner tries to jump on here and say I’ve never been…I most definitely have and have the receipt to prove it and I’m more than willing to show it if need be. I can also attest to surprise fees. I paid $145 for a silk press. I gave 4 stars because my daughters hair looked good. Took the other star away because of the difficulty of the website (it’s been changed twice since I last booked). Lastly, judging by the owners response’s, I think it’s fair to assume it’s a little “hood” here. What professional do you know responds to a customer’s complaint with “I got TIME today”.”

“I used Routine Maintenance to renovate the deck on my mom's house, and I couldn't have been more thrilled. First off, out of about 8 contractors I contacted, they were one of 3 who actually responded to my call and one of 2 who actually showed up to give me an estimate. I had a really tight timeline for my project, and although they were busy, they were able to squeeze me in. Although the other estimate I received was cheaper, I chose to use RoutineMaintenance because they followed local ordinances and did things by the book. The project manager kept me fully updated on all aspects of the project and took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns.The workers were timely and polite, and the work was really well done. I recommend them to all of the people I know in the area who are looking for a home repair contractor and would not hesitate to use them again if I lived closer.”

“We moved to Senoia a couple of years ago and pass by Hometown Hardware several times a week. We never stopped by. Until a couple of weeks ago. Wow! I wish we would have known. They have a bit of everything. Top quality brands. Stuff we have been driving 25 minutes one-way to Home Depot for at about the same price. Since our first visit, we have dropped in several times to pick up stuff to start getting the yard ready for summer. it is so handy -- they are literally 5 minutes from our front door.
