I was upset with the circumstances and Wes was able to not only fix my generator but was so kind in the process. It was a night the power kept flickering and the generator was not coming on. He stayed until it was fixed to the best of his ability at night, then returned the next day to ensure it was working properly. He went to extreme lengths to ensure it worked when I needed it, and I truly appreciate his dedication and knowledge about my system. He is a "keeper" employee Anderson Power.
