From pandemic concerns to pending supply and demand issues, it’s been 100 mph for most in the industry. I was referred to Abba who was nothing less than helpful. “I ordered this product off the internet after reading one of their blog posts. It seemed too good to be true from the videos I watched. The item was shipped in about two days. I used it to unclog a drain that was full of effervescence, meaning the drain that was normally about 2.5" wide was about 1/2" wide due to all of the buildup, this is rock solid buid up. I was going to have to chisel it out and then cut a hole in the ceiling and remove the p trap to clean out what I chiseled out. We poured a bottle of the Zido in the drain and all of the effervescence disappeared, it was like magic. If you have ever tried to remove this from stone or brick you know how difficult it is. I am completely amazed by this product and still shocked at how well it worked and exceeded my expectations”

“I loved having Trisha help me make a custom label on four of her 4 oz. candles to add to my bridesmaid proposal boxes. I got them all in a different scent: strawberries & champagne, lavender vanilla, eucalyptus spearmint, and a new scent Coconut Bliss! They all smelled amazing, and my girls all got emotional receiving their boxes with The Southern Flame candles inside. All of the candle labels said the same thing: "Light up the aisle with me 10.08.22" that way my bridesmaids have something that they can use before the wedding, in a scent that they like, that reminds them of the big day that they need to remember to put on their calendar. I will definitely be buying from The Southern Flame again, and even discussed possibly having the 4 oz. candles from The Southern Flame as my wedding favors for the big day. 😊”

“In response to Margo Taylor's review. Mrs . Taylor, as you know, I almost had no contact with you regarding this project. Yes my NEW salesman Neal was in charge of this project. Neal is new to the company but far from new to the business. He's competent, honest and diligent. He discussed the project with me. He informed me that you wanted to cover the windows and asked me how to price that portion of the job. In other words, Mrs. Taylor, Neal did NOT "change up the game". On the contrary, Neal informed your husband, who was managing the project for you that there would be additional charges to cover the windows. And yes that conversation was subsequent to the quote he had given to your husband. However, your husband did NOT want to pay the additional. In fact he based his argument on the fact that Neal had already given him a price and your husband insisted that he wanted it done but he didnt want to pay for it because he'd already gotten a price. Never mind that the price he'd received DID NOT include covering the windows...Mr Taylor insisted on NOT paying for the extra work. Well...I cannot run my business in that manner. Notwithstanding, I'm supersensitive to the needs of my customers but not to the point of allowing myself or my staff to be manipulated. Your husband then proceeded to denigrate our work and my staff...all totally uncalled for. I made the decision to simply remove all of the material we installed and issue a full refund. Why? I didnt feel that we could make your husband happy...even after i agreed to go ahead and NOT charge the extra money, he still wasn't happy so i removed the material and issued the refund. Thank you very very much for your comments...I sincerely appreciate it!”
