I’ve never heard of a dog getting excited to go inside the vet office, but my dog does! Ozzy loves everyone at AMCHS, and they all know him by name and give him plenty of attention when he’s there! I love the small vet feel, and the personalized care Ozzy gets. This office is second to none, and they’ve always been able to fit him in immediately if we’ve had an emergency. “My husband and I brought our sick baby in yesterday. She’s a 14 and a half year old Jack Russell and the sweetest baby. I’ve had her her whole life. I was nervous about finding a place since my vet was closed on Saturday. But I called around and got recommended to Pathways for urgent care. The staff was SO friendly and they treated my baby girl with such kindness and gentleness. I came in heartbroken thinking the worst since I lost my 16 year old boy to cancer in January 2021. They reassured me and kept me calm. I can’t thank you enough for your kindness and for seeing us on a Saturday and giving me medicine for her. I recommend this place, 10/10. “In November 2021, I visited the office for an initial exam of my recently rescued 12 month Blue Pitbull [American Staffordshire Terrier] that presently is dog reactive. The Office Manager, Technician and Veterinarian were 1st class. From the moment I booked the appointment to check out time, they offered me world class service. The entire office was cordial, professional and accommodating to ensure my pup did not have any triggers during the visit. The entire office went to great lengths to ensure my pup and I were comfortable during the visit as they performed a thorough and gentle exam, while patiently answering my multitude of questions. They showered my pup with affection and made me feel welcomed and not shamed for having a dog that is working on improving behavior.”

“I recently found three very sick kittens in a storm drain. I called my friend and veterinarian for help and advice, Kaitlin Keane DVM. Unfortunately, she is in California so frantically I asked where I should take these very ill babies. She said as a former Atlantan herself and a graduate from UGA Veterinary Medicine, the only place in Atlanta she would take her own pets to is Bridge Park Animal Hospital. I thought those were pretty strong words but she is one of the best veterinarians in SoCal so she knows her stuff! I called BPAH and due to these kittens being so bad off they told me to bring them in and even though I didn’t have an appointment, I could drop them off and they would see them. I thought this was pretty cool because my other experiences with vets in the Atlanta area, I’ve never been seen unless I had an appointment no matter the circumstances. Let me tell you, these cats have some issues, so many issues, so many treatments, and so many medications needed that when it came time to pay, I thought I was going to vomit anticipating the bill. To my surprise, this was the cheapest vet visit I’ve ever had and I had three kittens!! Not to mention once your animal has been seen at BPAH, you have two weeks to come back for a free recheck (meaning they don’t charge you for the exam and only charge it needing more medicine). This was amazing because I’ve never cared for orphaned kittens so I was returning every few days for help with feeding and medicine administering or with concerns I was caring for them incorrectly and they welcomed me with open arms. I left each time feeling like they truly cared about my babies wellbeing and not just a check. Because of my frequent trips to BPAH, I was helped by all of the veterinarians at the practice and WOW, they’re all amazing! It’s no wonder they won Best of Alpharetta. As a long time pet owner and former client of Blue Pearl, Alpharetta Animal Hospital and North Main Animal Hospital, I can say without a doubt, Bridge Park Animal Hospital is the best. My kittens came back from death’s door because of them. My business will be forever with BPAH which means my pets will be happy and so will my wallet! Special thank you to Dr. Travis. She loves every kitty patient as if they’re her own.”
