“I have been using Braelinn Animal Hospital for years, I now have a vet office within walking distance of my home but I still choose to make the drive here. Not a high turn over so you get to know everyone and most important they really get to know you and your pets, always caring and have done what sometimes others have told me could not be done saving a couple of my pets. They have my respect and my trust, I recommend them . Also, if they are concerned with symptoms that they feel could be out of their field they will send you to a specialist rather than chancing it.”

“Today was my first visit to this facility, but Bailey’s. It was an awesome experience. The check-in and out process was quick and efficient. Christina, was amazing with him and me. She patiently answered ALL of my questions with great alternatives to better ways to manage my new puppy and he showed no sign of distress or discomfort from shots. “GVA is very high on my love list. We always have a mass of critters, and Russell Ridge Animal hospital cares for them all and has since they opened their doors. When I started with them, I had a different vet and my cat got sick. My vet at the time said it was too late to take him. I said, "But it's only 4pm. You don't close until 6:30pm." They said they do not take any pets after 4pm. I told them he was extremely sick, and they still blew me off. Russell Ridge Animal Hospital had just moved in, so I called them. They said, "Get him here immediately." I brought him in and when I said I was a bit tight on funds at the moment, they said, "Let's worry about your kitty. We'll work the funding out later." Unfortunately, my kitty was just too sick and died, but their caring and attention made me stay with them and love the care they give my pets. We've been with them now at least 10 or 12 years, and I've never been disappointed. They've always been honest with me about the condition of my critters, and the cost. Those are two things I greatly appreciate. When my almost 20yo kitty had to be put to sleep, the vet even cried a bit saying, "I've become very attached to that kitty." That is the type of caring you want from a vet. All I can say is that they are top notch, and worth every penny.”

We are extremely impressed with this facility and all of the staff that we dealt with today. *They are still having people call from the parking lot, just as a heads up, but the number is clearly printed on the door.* Our indoor/outdoor baby had to be seen for a laceration under her chin. We had never been here before, but there was not a moment that I ever felt like that. I never felt like an inconvenience. “My pup got in a scuffle and got scratched up around her eye pretty good, so I wanted to have her checked out ASAP. My usual vet didn’t answer or return my call, so I called Hamilton Ridge and they got me a same day appointment as a new patient. They were prompt, courteous and thorough. She was ok and we were in/out with some medications and eye ointment just to be safe. They even called me the next morning to check up on her. Will definitely be back. Thanks for the great care!”

I E-mailed! the staff about a beautiful kitty mommy that was abandon by previous apartment dweller in my neighborhood. I explained to the staff I took care of the furry family as long as I could however I was desperate to find a facility that would take good care of them and find them a forever loving home. Furkids animal rescue welcomed the Fury family in with loving arms! 🐈🐾❤️ My faith in humanity has been restored. God bless such a wonderful staff with beautiful and loving welcoming hearts!”

“I was able to get a next day appointment for my sick little dog, who had eaten something outside that had upset her stomach and given her a touch of the runs. I was allowed inside, where it is air conditioned, thank the good Lord! I was seen on time. The vet tech who helped me--I forget her name--was very kind and helpful. The vet, Dr Dionne--I think she is Dr. Johnson--came out to talk to.me about treatment and was very pleasant. They treated my little dog, and gave me some medicine to give her at home, for her runs, which, though the medicine was messy to give, worked. Today she is back to normal. I appreciate being able to be indoors and being seen so quickly.”
