“At first I was very skeptical when I spoke to a receptionist over the phone..maybe she was just having a bad day I don't know. But being here in person, I was very happy. The waiting time isn't the best. But that's okay. I can deal with that if the people working here are overly friendly. I like a smiling face, friendly conversation and people to show that they really do care. I'm having to have transfusions for the next several weeks and knowing that I will be treated with respect, kindness and someone with a loving and caring heart makes me happy to come back, and definitely out weighs the cons of the wait time. After some saw the pics they said it would be too costly which mean they didn’t know what they were doing to me. Most contractors want an easy straight forward job but charge you a 2nd mortgage. But Harold from H&A called me and was up for the challenge. The awesome thing is he came the same day and he was upfront with all pricing and what he needed to do. He gave me an extremely fair quote. He came on time and he showed me everything he did. He did an awesome job with what I had and he didn’t give up. He also didn’t charge me more. But get this! After the job he FOLLOWED UP not once not twice but THREE TIMES. He even came back out. Who does that now a days. If your looking for a master welder who knows everything about fencing and someone who has been in business for over 25 years who is licensed and insured this is who you go to!
