The sense of community and comfort that Lauren and her team provide is truly wonderful! I have never been able to love yoga prior to MOVE+breathe, but I am now a convert! The focus on "being a student of your body" and connecting to your breath is so helpful. I am a big fan of the "roll" classes which are truly like a massage and wonderful dose of self-care each week. I would highly recommend this studio to anyone who wants to take care of their body, mind and soul!”
