Like said before I do not like sauce on my ribs because I think you should taste the seasoning on your food, so therefore I will take the sauce on the side and the sauce from here is very good and tangy. The tang has a very big taste, so you will not go wrong with or without sauce here. If you do love sauce, you will be happy. The smoke sausage is huge and is a great piece for a leftover. They were quick with very little pain. Olga was the technician scheduled and she was training someone. Both she and the trainee did an excellent job. Weeks afterward it still looked decent indicating the technique they used was good. Recommend and will go back.”
