“I cannot say enough about Meer Electric. We have used them 3 times, once at our old home, and twice at our new home. They are fair, professional, clean, fast, and on time. Over the weekend a lightning strike left us without power in half our house, including wifi. I was worried how long before I might get someone out, but Ryan J., stepped in first thing Monday and got a crew out to our home that same day. Sahand S. and his team showed up earlier than promised, were polite and professional as always, quickly diagnosed the issue and had us up an running much sooner that I could have expected. He is extremely in tune with his patients, addresses any concerns or fears (for cowards like myself), and explains each step of any procedure he is performing so that you know what to expect. His lovely, friendly staff make a visit enjoyable and are always good for a warm smile or a kind word. “Just be aware of the Porterdale Police! They sit there in the Burger King parking lot right beside the store, just looking for people they can harass. They also sit across the street at the Shell Station. It's really horrible and just plain wrong! All of the local businesses agree that it is a major problem and is very bad for business because many people who are aware of this problem will not stop there. Many people also say that it's very risky just to pass by there while driving on hwy 81! I definitely appreciate and respect our police officers who are out there doing their jobs and putting their lives on the line to PROTECT and SERVE us everywhere across this country. But unfortunately, there are a few out there who just like to abuse their authority by harassing and bullying innocent citizens. This location I am referring to is right there on the edge of the small, historical city of Porterdale, where they will look for a reason to pull you over, and then find any reason they can to write you a ticket! For example... Maybe you're just simply driving 2 miles over the speed limit. Or possibly for no reason at all. It's just sad and ridiculous! And it's been going on for too many years and way too long! You can ask anyone who has lived in Newton County for a while and they will verify what I'm saying. Or if you want to take the chance, just go to Burger King and sit down and eat, and as you look out the window for only a few minutes, you will sadly witness this injustice that occurs every day. I can only pray that I won't get into trouble or be "punished" in retaliation for this post. But I believe in doing the right thing, and speaking up and informing innocent people who are not aware of this. That is the only reason why I don't feel like I should rate this store with 5 stars. The employees who work there are great people, and are very friendly! Good prices! And they are conveniently open 24/7.”

“We purchased our 6" and 8" wood flooring from Art back in 2016. It was difficult finding an installer to install flooring that wasn't purchased from them, but we eventually found one and they did a great job. I'm happy to report 6 years later that our floors still look incredible. Will likely need to do a refinish (sanding/staining) of our kitchenette area that constantly has chairs sliding on the wood, but still is in really good shape. I just reached out to Vintage Pine to purchase additional boards for our master bedroom. That's how much we love the pine floors in our traditional house!”

“I took my precious grand pup for the first time to East Coweta Vet Hosp & it was a great experience. Unlike other vet hospitals, they wasn’t so quick to draw blood & run test and I appreciate that. They wanted to know everything about my grand pup in order to make further medical decisions. They didn’t deem it necessary at that point to do anything major until I follow specific instructions after his visit & welcome us back if those instructions wasn’t working.
