I get one email letting me know about the upcoming renewal of my policy, checking if any changes need to be made....and a Happy birthday on my birthday. I thankfully haven't had to report a claim so I can't give you my opinion on that but switching my policy was very easy they did everything that needed to be done. (Unless this is the look they are going for) - location makes it hard to find, and isn't recognizable as an ice cream place. Overall, ignore the bads as they are cosmetic only. Ice cream and service was awesome.”

“Like many others, I had a freeze break in a pipe that was repaired in early December of 2022. I had other contractors not return my phone calls, or simply not show up several times. I contacted Mr. Benjy, sent him a screenshot of the damage, and he sent me a fair estimate. He worked with my schedule so that I would be there for the repair, and the two gentleman showed up 5 minutes early on the day of the appointment. I will never use anyone else. I will also recommend them to everyone that I know. Outstanding job!”
