Went to store on a snowy day to get some transmission stop leak, which I urgently needed. Couldn't get the childproof safety cap loose, so I re-entered the store and asked for help. It took three of us about 10 minutes to finally uncap the bottle and cut the seal so I could go back out and pour it into my transmission, which I did and went on my way.

My experience with Dr. Zafrani was great. I felt welcomed when I first walked in the office. Judy is kind and patient. I had a great experience with Dr. Zafrani, he gathers all information from you before speaking. He does not interrupt you and I like how he gives suggestions to things. He shows that he care and wants you to feel better. He really cares about your mental health and makes it an must for him to get you to be a where you need to be. He always remembers what was said in your last visit with him.

Dr. Zafrani has been there for our whole family. He usually does not talk much until he really gets all of the information out from you. He is a great listener. He always remembers what happened from the last appointment and does not have you repeat. He gives suggestions and feedback. I have been recommending him to others for over 6 years. He has helped me, my husband, 4 of my daughters and has helped to save my daughters marriage. We continue to see him for the minor things all the way up to the most challenging ones. I also recommended him to two co-workers. I am so glad we switched doctors and would recommend him to all. so what if he is late on taking the next patient. that just means that he is offering the one before you the best session ever. Its not about the money for him. He truly cares
