  My stay at the extended stay america last night was pretty great. They checked me in with a quickness which rarely happens at any hotel. My room was at the ends of the hotel meaning if I used elevator in would still have to walk aways but to my convenience was that the side doors where available to use as long as you had your key. The room was clean and comfortable. The only complaint i have was that in the morning our restroom smelled terrible. Like as if the people above us had dogs and it was coming through our vent. Would definitely stay there again. Before I forget the front desk staff was very polite and helpful.

  My room was clean and nice. Very comfortable for my family and I. The only thing that was unpleasant was the $100 cash deposit which we never gotten back. The staff at the desk said he couldn't give it back because the manager wasn't there and to call back on Monday which we did. When we called back our deposit they said it'll take 3 business days which we also waited. A week and two days goes by so we call again, and they basically said they don't know what happened to it. They don't offer any solution but we do. We offer an family member who lives there, to pick it up but they basically say no. We were going to stay there for Balloon Fiesta but now I don't think so much. We don't want to lose out on another $100, which we still haven't gotten back.
