My 3 yr old had established a pediatric dentist since last year and she is not the most cooperative patient. For the past week, she has seen 2 different pediatric dental care groups and none could address her cavities. There would've been a 1 to 2 month wait for a hospital treatment. My child was experiencing a lot of pain and not eating. Over the weekend, I called Dr. Do's office and he immediately scheduled her in. He also had to call a staff member, on her day off, to assist. They were absolutely amazing on dealing with my child and deserves more than just 5 stars. When no other pediatric dentist could help my child, Dr. Do helped! I am forever grateful for Dr. Do's clinic! 😭❤

Last night, one of the cap of my daughter’s teeth came off so I brought her in today without knowing that they are close BUT was so glad Dr. Do was in and said he can take a look.

He is always available to help with all dental needs even if they’re close 😄

Took my son here for his first dentist appointment ever at 12 months. He has severe stranger danger but did amazing with the dentist and dental assistant. They were quick but paid close attention to his teeth and gums and gave us some information about new teeth he will be getting in the next few months. The office was clean and the staff was all wonderful.

We came to Keiki Dental with a referral from our regular pediatric dentist in Kauai. My daughter 7 has demineralization on 2 adult teeth. She was nervous and sensitive. So we set up an appointment a d flew over. My first call in experience, the reception staff understood the complications of flying over from outer island with COVID restrictions and were happy to give me all the paperwork need to obtain a medical exemption. When we arrive morning at 8am with no food or drink for patient they had us me fill out paperwork and the dentist quickly brought us back. He explained throughly all the options, did X-rays, came back and confirmed the option recommended while showing the X-rays and explaining. This was great as I don’t speak teeth language. I, of course, needed to feel completely sure about everything prior to doing any work. We agreed on option and use some sedation medicine, as that was why we couldn’t do the work on Kauai to begin with. They gave her sedation medicine and stated it should work in about 20-30 mins. Let me tell you, it sure did. She needed to use the restroom, and I decided to go with her and she was a little loopy, as soon as we got in restroom she quickly got the giggles, which made us both laugh. Needless to say my sassy 7 year old turned into a ball of laughter. We waited a few more minutes and just sat on lap super relaxed. Then we went back to dental chair and began the dental work. She did amazing and the dentist was gentle and extremely efficient and quick 30 mins later we were all done. Her teeth looked amazing. Now was fun part of the day, hanging out with my daughter and her funny comments for about the next hour or so while she had minimal effects of the medicine. I must say she was cracking me up with statements, “Mom we need to make rain for this brown grass.” Overall the experience was great, efficient. If I had to say one thing that was difficult. I would say during COVID I have become hard of hearing with people wearing mask and face shields, their voices get muffled and I can’t hear. So when the doctor explains things please just ask him to turn down the iPad for the kids as he is a gentle soft spoken dentist, great for the kids. If you worried about going, my recommendation is go and meet the dentist and see if your comfortable. We had a great experience.
