  Very helpful and friendly from the moment you walk into the door. When I pulled into parking lot I checked in via online and as soon as I walked in I was greeted and a nurse came right out to get me no waiting time! The stuff was so friendly and the doctor was very intuitive and helpful on my problem. I loved this clinic If you are looking for a emergency clinic with friendly fast service I would highly recommend MultiCare Indigo Urgent Care.

  Such a great staff of friendly, helpful people. The whole clinic was sparkling clean. Everyone treated me with kindness and dignity. Out of all the Indigo locations I’ve been to, this was by far the best one. My partner was seen about a month ago at this location too and had nothing but good things to say about it.

  WOW! They are incredible here. I was seen quickly as a walk-in on a Friday evening and my work up was seamless. Everyone from the phone call made earlier that day to the NP made me feel comfortable, heard and safe. My appointment was efficient and thorough. I have never experienced such a positive visit to an Urgent Care clinic. I will be going there for any needs my future self or family would need. Cannot thank them enough for their hospitality.

  Getting an appointment was easy and fast—I went in for urgent care so this was important.
  
  Very friendly, courteous, and efficient staff—paperwork and check-in were fast. Having bloodwork done on-site with no extra lab trip was a huge plus for me.
  
  Great doctor looking into 3 possible diagnoses pending test results. I will definitely return for future medical needs—urgent or not.

  Indigo Urgent Care is great! I worked with the healthcare industry for many years. From the healthcare side and as a patient Indigo is superb! They are thorough, caring, efficient, skilled, clean, fast, but without the feeling that you are being rushed, and professional. I’m used to being on the serving side so become pretty nervous when I’m the patient. Their calm and reassuring manner was very welcome and helpful.
