Within 30 minutes of me booking my storage unit I got a phone call from Denise. She made me feel like I made the right choice and even meet me at my storage unit to make sure it met expectations. A+++ from me and I would recommend to anyone looking for a clean storage unit with the best customer service you could ask for.

(February 24, 2021, 11:00 am)The environment isn't in the best condition (old fence, broken concrete, fading sign), but the garages are in good condition and the place feels secure. Also, I don't know how competitive their pricing is. Very friendly staff.
Update: They've fixed most of the pavement, it looks and feels much nicer to drive on. They've also replaced the sign with a new one. -

(January 26, 2021, 3:03 pm)Denise is super helpful and goes above and beyond to answer all questions and accommodate needs. The facility is amazing clean and orderly. The units are big and well maintained. I highly recommend Denise and I Storage Cornillie Drive Roseville Michigan.
