It was a perfect way to start our days, with a mix of gentle yoga, flow, and strength building. Sarah's style is easygoing and upbeat, and she warmly welcomes newcomers. Try it out - the setting makes it absolutely perfect.

(June 29, 2019, 1:46 pm)Such a fun experience. Strongly recommend even if it's cloudy. Great way to start the day and get you going. Sarah is a really fun instructor and she takes great pictures of the class and the sunrise and sends them to you after. She provides the mats too!
