We recently moved from Hawaii to Virginia. Asides from leaving the natural beauty of the place they call paradise, having to say goodbye to Dr. Nagamine as our pediatrician was close to the top of the list of things we were most upset about moving. During the 2 years Dr. Nagamine took care of us, he provided only the most professional, yet loving and tender care to our son Bret. I could not imagine having anyone else provide medical care to our son during his early years. Additionally, the office staff there was extremely courteous and friendly and have continued to show us aloha and help us out with faxing and sending records to our new doctors in Virginia. Simply put, Dr. Nagamine and his office are the best!
Dr. John is the best! So compassionate and patient. Always makes me feel comfortable and confident in being a new mom!
Sad to see such negative reviews with such an amazing office. I have had quite the opposite experience with Dr.Nagamine. I am a FTM & when my baby got admitted into the ER with jaundice Dr.Nagamine showed up in the middle of the night to check on my daughter. From that moment I knew that I had found the most genuine, caring, and amazing Pediatric doctor. I work in the medical field and #1 thing that I value are "relationships". If I don't feel like you have anything great of bedside manner, goodbye. I refer anyone looking or expecting to his office. Front office and back office, staff is nothing short of spectacular.
