Went there for my Birthday! We went early, got a booth we had da combo Snowcrab, w, side Raw Oysters! Had lLong Island tea fo my cocktail!! Was nice and Strong !! Thanks to our Server Amber!! For the BEST service!! Food was perfect! Will be back soon again! Mahalo!!

We've been here a few times now so that lets you know the food is decent enough that we've decided to come back for more. The hosts are usually waiting for you when you first enter. They're polite and usually quick to seat you--we like to come in between meal times to avoid the crowds. The wait staff is hit or miss. Sometimes you get someone who is very attentive and patient and sometimes you get someone who rarely checks on your table during the duration of the meal. For the most part it seems everyone pitches in to help deliver food and get things done as needed.

We've tried every flavor from just butter to the house seasoning in spicy and we liked all of it. The more people there are eating at the same time as you, the longer the food will take to come out. Usually fried foods come out first and we've really enjoyed the calamari and the french fries. The boil itself is good from the mussels, the snow crab legs, the prawns and the shrimps. It's all pretty good.

If you are at the mall and are on the fence about coming in, this is your sign telling you to go inside and have some food.

Bring your seasonings with you the food was a little Bland, you will definitely need to have salt and pepper brought out with your food. The service was good and food did come out quickly. I hope this helps you out and have a great day.

Plastic gloves are provided so you can get knee deep in the seafood. My preference is to use my hands without gloves. The gloves just get in the way. We ordered the 6 lb platter...we were not disappointed. We chose the signature sauce which gave the dish more than enough flavor. Extra butter does not need to be purchased.

We got crawfish combo & deep fried oysters w/ Cajun fries. Seasoned mild, the mix sauce. It’s okay the seasoning/ sauce. My son enjoyed his dinner so it was good overall. Service can be more attentive.
