Helen Kado and her firm has been very helpful to my family and I. I’ve had all my questions answered and benefits explained so that I understand fully what I’m getting and know that I’m getting the best price I can get with them. I had insured my Kia Forte with them for over a year and when my wife and I chose to fully insure our second vehicle because of lease requirements I got a quote from my salesman at the time which was with Geico and then I called Helen to compare her quote for the same amount of coverage and AllState’s coverage was cheaper. I’m very happy with my insurance and Helen is always there to answer my questions. She also helped me out when I had been in my first accident and told me to diagram it out as soon as I could that day and that advice helped me very much throughout my claim and dealing with the other guy’s insurance agency - I had no problems in resolving that claim thereby.

I find that Allstate is an outstanding insurance company, as they excel in so many areas. They sincerely care for their insured, and when you have a problem, they are quick to jump on it, so as to minimize your issues and get you back on your feet. I worked for Liberty Mutual for many years, yet I still insured with Allstate. I find their all around service to be the best I have ever encountered. One major reason for this is my agent, Helen Kado, who doesn't see you as an account to handle, but instead treats you like family. You don't have to jump through hoops to get any issues resolved, as Helen is always there to help you. You can count on her to work with you on a quick and successful conclusion to your issue. I have been with Allstate for many years, and have never thought of changing insurance companies.
