After a plumbing company came out from Kailua and gave me an estimate that was outrageous, I asked some neighbors who else I could call, they pointed me to Hi-tech plumbing! I’m so glad they did! Kerry was very easy to get in contact with and personable! He was able to get me a new water heater and have it installed within 2 days of my call. His quote was much much less than the other company! Steve the installer did an amazing job and took the time to explain how to maintain the system so I can extend the life. Overall, Kerry and his team at Hi-Tech are honest and affordable! They will certainly be my go to plumbing company for life!”

“Had an amazing first Luau ever! As soon as we arrived, the staff was pleasant and nice. They were very organized and got the crowd moving in a good timely fashion. The mask mandate was lifted today so it was nice to not have to wear masks whilst outdoors. The hostess/MC was sweet and very informative of what to expect throughout the evening. Given with a pandemic going on, they did the very best with the "buffet" served and plated individually. The crowd was in good spirits and the dance shows were amazing! Amazing experience, thank you to the wonderful staff and to the performers!”

If you go there ask for Stan, he is the most helpful person I have ever seen in any hardware store. This guy deserves a raise.”

“This place is awesome! The staff was incredible and was totally helpful from the start. We bought the deluxe package and they ensured we didn't have to lift a finger. They grabbed our cocktails, brought out our food for us (non-deluxe luau participants have to go walk to the buffet themselves) and made sure we were taken care of. Performance-wise, it was AMAZING! The dances were entrancing and mesmerizing. The dancers are awesome. The fire dance was... EYE OPENING! And the music was awesome! Let your guide know why you're there (anniversary, birthday, etc) and they'll happily oblige and add you to the festivities. I think we'll be coming back next time we come back to the islands.”
