I was diagnosed with arthritis in my left knee and walked with a noticeable limp and pain.
After just 6 sessions with Curt Watanabe owner, my knee improved drastically. No noticeable limp. Tightness occurs sometimes in the morning, but is expected with arthritis. After doing my recommended stretching, the tightness disappears.
