These guys helped us a lot.
We are a quite big family (three kids and a cat) and were in need of a fast and careful moving. Everything went smooth: first of all we made an appointment and the info we received from the office was clear and explanatory. The team took great care in moving all our things from a two-story to another two-story and everything was done at a good pace. Not having any experience or a reference for any local movers for a cross-town move, I chose Aloha Family Moving & Storage because of how responsive they were and they offered affordable military rates. I sent a request for a quote and David called me within 5 minutes to learn more about our specific moving needs. On the day of the move, David called prior to their arrival and immediately upon their deaprture to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. I have had horrific experiences with other movers in the city and decided to pay a little more to get this service.
All the team that worked on my moving were early, extremely polite and professional, and very quick, efficient and careful. Everything happened so fast I wasn't emotionally prepared to start unpacking by the time they were done. Not a thing was mishandled, damaged or broken.
After calling around to a ton of moving companies, I felt a little confused on who to pick. I chose Aloha Family at random and I ended up being really pleased with the results! We just needed help moving some heavier furniture into a new house across town (we go to Hawaii every year and we recently bought a new place) and they were extremely helpful. Nothing was broken or even scratched, and they packaged up everything really well. They also did everything quickly, which is a bonus, and all of the workers were very nice and sociable, I felt really secure with them handling my stuff. Their rates are great for the work they do, and I'd really recommend them to anyone who needs a little extra help getting their furniture into a new home!
