I would like to give Travis more than five stars!!! We had such a great experience. We have a very expensive chef knife that we had neglected sharpening and honing. We were not sure exact;ly what to do about up keep on this great knife. Travis sharpened the knife beautifully and also gave us a lesson in keeping the knife sharp and honed. We met a few of his children who are really the most polite kids we have met in many years and they help out with his family business. It was a joy and pleasure to find this business and I highly recommend them!!! We will be going back to purchase his sharpening stones and strops.
