My recent experience with North Shore Sports Therapy started with a salt bath of rushing water from the ocean. It felt amazing and very relaxing, I tried getting a video but my phone storage was full and didn’t capture the view😌. Next, I went inside with Zahava, who is such a dear sweet person🥰.
I received the cupping therapy, which is the best method for my lower back pain, shoulders and mid back relief. I felt amazing afterwards, a little soreness the next day, but that’s to be expected. Zahava is an experienced professional and recommended further treatment in combination with massage. This is a well respected business and I will be returning. Thank You
