We were there in February and had a wonderful visit. I love the Kukui nut oil with Lavender that I bought. I love supporting small business! The lady manning the cash register was wonderful. She was filling in and normally formulates their oils and aromatherapy! We will for visit again when we go back!

Well worth the drive to pick up specialty soaps. Very unique store, where you can see soaps being made and a very helpful friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Idk if there's supposed to be a tour but we just were taken to the gift shop and it smells wonderful! Soaps, lotions, bath bombs, bath salts, lip balm, candles; just standing in there cleared my thoughts and felt like I was reenergized.

During Covid-19 lockdown I called North Shore Soap Factory and had them mail out care packages to my 50 employees to let them know I was thinking of them during this difficult, scary and uncertain time. Deb let me choose the contents of the care packages and my staff were thrilled to receive soaps and lip balms and other goodies with a gift card I had prepared. Great customer service! Would recommend to other businesses planning gifts or appreciation for employees! ❤️
