WENT IN TO REPAIR A TIRE. CHAD WAS AMAZING AND HELPFUL.

Came into Goodyear this morning, the store manager Nani Kaaiwela was polite, professional, and proficient. The customer before me was being very difficult; yelling, being aggressive, and Nani handled the situation in a very calm and positive manner. A++, 11/10 would hire her for my company. Also a huge thank you to Raymond the technician for helping with my car and taking the time to go over the details in layman’s terms so that I could actually understand.

I had a flat late in the day.
I appeared at the Waiane Store and they took care of me completely and in no time at all. Two new tires and a wheel alignment. Very please and confident in my decision

Walked in and Nani, the store manager was so pleasant and happily assisted me with my tire issues. The staff was very friendly and I’m so grateful Nani was able to accommodate me last minute and they worked on my car right away as I need it for work. Will definitely be back again whenever I have car trouble. They’re highly recommended!
