AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The other day, my son and I went into this wells fargo branch at Woodbury Town Center and we met with banker Nazanin Toghani. From the minute we walked into this branch, we were welcomed and asked what services we required. Shortly after we arrived, we met with banker Nazanin for the first time. She made us feel very welcomed to their branch and helped me with my bank accounts and my son’s credit card application. Nazanin is able to speak two languages fluently (Farsi and English), which has been very helpful for me and my family. Since then, I’ve gone to this location multiple times. Nazanin always has a positive attitude and customers are always her first priority. She always listens to you and the financial services that you require and she does her best to help you with whatever you need. Every time I go into this location, she is very warm and welcoming. Even when I, or any of my family members call this location, the staff are very patient and assist you with nothing but respect. Nazanin is available through the phone too, and she always answers your calls respectfully. Hats off to Nazanin!!!!
