(February 5, 2020, 4:19 am)Customer service is perfect. The employee, Mr. Michael is the kindest and helpful person that I have ever met while renting a car. I called to the office and adjusted the reservation time, he was willing to accept and made it. In addition, even there was an system error on Hertz and I had to visit next day to extend my car, thanks to Michael's kindness, I didn't feel any complaint at all. He explained all about renting a car and tips. Thanks, Michael. 5 Star is not enough to say thank you. :)
