“First of all I am glad to be in HONOLULU , Oahu ????. I have been associated with FIT4MOM ????????classes for last 2 years. I joined Fit4Mom Body Back (BB) program which is a fun workout with moms. Now 7 weeks into BB, I workout 3 days a week but this time I have attended stroller 360 and stretch and recover. This time virtual BB class was great and it created healthy environment in my house during pandemic. I remembered my last BB session finished and next day lockdown started. That time I was worried about workout but next day early morning (4:45am) Takara posted virtual BB class link. Immediately I clicked and joined this link and Takara was in front of me on my laptop screen. ???? wow, I felt very happy and motivated. Takara and her team are awesome and keep pushing us that “we can do it!”❤️ and helpful as they boost my confidence everyday. I learned tips to eat healthy and drink more water. It’s a complete lifestyle change for me and brought lot of physical as well as mental positiveness. I am forever grateful for the amazing moms who inspire and encourage me.
