“Cute thrift and vintage store on the second floor of this Waialua retail center. Great clothing finds for women, cool home decor, cute jewelry, even vinyl records! Limited parking available in the lot that it shares with a popular bakery and general store next door, but you can always park across the street. Prices are reasonable and the inventory is varied. I’ll have to make another trip up soon, just for this place.”

“Can't give 5 stars because they are routinely out of items I usually buy here and then have to drive somewhere else and more than a few times, at least a few times each month their credit card machines don't work so I have to go else where. They do have an ATM if you have a debit card and want to pay a high fee for what should be free. They do have an excellent selection and the staff are indeed always friendly and courteous. You want to experience the fusion of east and west it's all here. Gas prices are also decent for this part of the island and I trust the gas.”

“The rooms aren't super luxurious but they are decent. You get a designated parking space. The management is super nice and handle issues quickly. I would stay here again...”

“We checked out Kahuku Shrimp Truck based on the recommendations of locals. It didn’t disappoint. Pricing is very reasonable per plate (you’ll spend around $15/person) and the portions are generous. I was impressed with the amount of shrimp they give you. I ordered the garlic shrimp and steak and my wife had the garlic shrimp and hot shrimp. I thought the garlic shrimp was awfully tasty however I wasn’t told the shrimp weren’t shelled so that was a little messy. The steak was okay. There wasn’t much flavor and it was pretty chewy. My wife preferred the hot shrimp to the garlic shrimp. I thought the heat level on the shrimp was medium. The people are friendly and there is ample seating outside (with coverage if it’s raining).”

“Alright, so, I’m here for Taylor 💁♀️ *flips new hair* And I just wanted to say, ✨w0w ✨ She really flipped my whole look around and I could not be more in love with it. I came in as a walk-in and I asked her if she could just “fix” it 🥲 showed her some kind of inspo I was looking for and she did more than just nail it. Mind you, my hair was bleached about 3-4 times from pink to ginger (voluntarily) from November previously from another salon and has not been touched since then. Just left with this brassy bunch I didn’t bother with much until this visit. I was just getting tired of looking at it and I had a picture day thing to do the next day last minute so I was really gambling anything 🎰 First time customer. Hair wasn’t washed for about a day, the day I went would’ve been the second. I arrived at around 3:30 ish, check in time not even 5 minutes and she took me in and started a consultation. This was a Wednesday and it wasn’t too busy. Put my hair right to work and took care of my hair. She also styled it at the need too 💇♀️ Took about 3 hours or so but I expected to be there long. My hair is about mid-length. It was the end of the work day for me and being in her presence while she worked on me made me feel relaxed, to the point where I thought I fell asleep. I liked that she cracked her jokes with me to break the silence every now and then too. Personally, it was like being at my favorite cousin’s house in the best way possible 😃 Not the whole customer service getup which I think can sometimes be a bit much, especially at the end of what felt like a really long work day. So letting her work on my hair really let me unwind. I’ll definitely be seeing her again, found my new stylist. Thank you so much again Taylor ☺️🌸 I’ll see you next time!”

“Its beautiful. Gorgeous sunsets but I don't swim there because of high bacteria tests. I'm sure its better further toward the base or "Rest Camp" even closer to the "Beach House 604." The water moves in and out much more than by the breakwaters so I feel its cleaner. Otherwise a very nice beach for children and non- swimmers.”

“We were really afraid to check our aunt into this place because she didn't think she needed to go to a care home. The staff there was really great with her and the transition was a lot easier than expected. Turns out my aunt is extremely happy there. Love the staff, they have become like family to us.”

“In.cred.ible. We’ve been the last 3 Thursday’s in a row. 😂 the pizza is huge and fresh. The hours are weird (Thursday and Friday from like 2-7pm I think) but it’s SO worth it!! We’ve tried the white pizza with spinach and garlic, the pepperoni, and the impossible Hawaiian. I can’t name a favorite! Service is about as quick as you can expect from a food truck making you fresh pizza, and the owner is very kind and patient!”

“An amazing experience. I didn't have any expectations or preconceptions before my first float. I knew it would be relaxing, but it was much more than that. Nivi and Anisa walked me through the process and made me feel at ease. Once in the tank, I went through cycles of trance and semi-dream states. I was often unaware of the water and felt I was truly suspended, free from gravity. It is hard to put the experience in to words. Afterward I felt euphoric and rejuvenated. I would highly recommend this to anyone.”

“I had an outstanding experience with upon tours. My husband and I took the big island tour. Our guide was a native Hawaiian, Tiny. He is a great driver, a historian regarding Hawaiian culture and is very professional and personable. If you want a five star experience and lots of fun while touring Oahu, than ipin tours is the go to tour company. I cannot wait to return to Oahu, I will do this tour and another tour offered. I like to let the good times roll!”

“This base theater is great. Free parking around the building. Not a lot of people there, so plenty of seats. The price is perfect. The popcorn is typical but better priced than town theaters. This underused gem is worth it's price and then some. I gave 4 stars because tonight's movie kept going off and on. Maybe someone unplugged something in the projector room? Other than that? The theater is clean.”

“We celebrated our daughters birthday party here. I gave it 5 stars because everyone had a great time. I was disappointed that they put us right in the middle instead of at either end for privacy. They provided two tables but it was so tight we couldn't take adequate pictures. There was another event going on so the staff was so busy they either couldn't or forgot to put music. The managers didn't communicate because once we got there the one working wasn't aware of what we asked for beforehand and was approved by the other manager. Like i mentioned above everyone had a great time but the behind the scene events was a disaster. They should have someone who is in charge of parties so we can go directly to them with any questions or concerns and help us make a kids birthday party as magical as they have been dreaming of it for the whole year. Also, managers need to have scheduled office time, it was difficult to get ahold of them over the phone. Would I have another party there, probably not unless my daughter's specifically ask to have it there.”

“Master Hee Cho is truly a living legend in area of Karate and Martial Arts. My kids love Hee Cho and his teaching. It’s not always easy for them but in the end they are all smiles as feel such great accomplishment after each class and especially after the belt tests. Tae Kwon do has also really helped my kids with their focus, confidence and school grades. The older students are good natured and very good role models as well. We can’t think of a better investment for our kids education.”

“Great price for quality grass. It was very easy to place my order which qualified for free delivery. Delivery was smooth and the crew that came out was amazing. They are family owned and veteran owned and as a veteran I do my best to support vets and local business owners. I’d definitely recommend Turfgrass Hawaii.”

“Just did drinks and some chips and salsa (unlimited for $3!), but dang it was good. Some of the best salsa I've ever had, we got some to go. Vibe was perfect and location is nestled between local shops making it a great stop as you browse. We'll be back for the salsa alone... Can't wait to try the rest of the menu!”
