Each time I’ve been treated there, I received therapy from highly knowledgeable and skilled Physical Therapists who were able to help restore my normal function. A couple years ago, I had opportunities to work with Marissa and Phil and they did and amazing job rehabilitating me. Most recently, I worked with Seung and Libby. I truly appreciate the care and support given as this last round of therapy was a really tough one. After four months of treatment, I have little restrictions and have regained a lot of my strength. I also wanted to mentioned that all of the therapist take the time to get to know you. They’re friendly, encouraging, and make you feel comfortable. “Very responsive to phone calls. Staff is friendly and goes the extra mile to help. I called on a Saturday afternoon and had my unit rented within 15 minutes. The only issue, as other reviewers mentioned, was that my code did not work at the keypad when I arrived at the gate. However, I left a voicemail message and my call was returned within minutes on a Sunday afternoon. The team helped me get a temporary unlock code so I could proceed through the gate. Mistakes happen. What matters is how a company makes it right - Paula and Sheldon did just that. Thank you! Once the gate issue was resolved, I was even more pleasantly surprised at how clean and spacious my 10x20 unit was. The vaulted ceiling provides a nice upper level. Plenty of room for all my things. The promotional discount was a really nice bonus. I recommend this company and location (Shafer)!”
