Most recently, I have been working with Jared. What a fantastic employee, and as a manager, I would be excited to have him on my team. He is personable, has great work ethic, and doesn't make you (me as a single parent) feel inadequate for the stuff you need help with. As simple as helping me program my garage to complicated plumbing issues. All resolved quickly and professionally. Jared is a rockstar!”

When I received it, I noticed it was missing one of the little diamonds so I sent an email to the company about it. Within minutes, I received a response saying that another one would be put in the mail with a self addressed envelope to send the other pendant back. I received the new one in 2 days.
