“Amazing amazing company!!! Long story short... we got basically our entire security deposit back after they cleaned for us!~~ I never write reviews but I had to this time! I wouldn’t go to anyone else on island. Erin was professional, understanding, knowledgeable, affordable and masterful at his job. He reached out to me after I had input my information into a service. I explained situation and what was needed and he was ready to do the inspection that day (for free). We ended up setting the inspection up with the landlord later that week. At the time of the inspection, Erin was able to view and know exactly what was needed to be done. The landlords agreed to have us come back in about a week for him to clean the wood floors with a chemical free solution and using a specific machine. Erin was absolutely professional even when the landlords made rude comments or gave eye rolls when he was speaking to them (which my husband and I were used to). Menco painting drew up an affordable contract for the cleaning (way under what we were expecting to pay). The landlords (who I’m just going to say, were absolutely awful to work with) had previously agreed to allow Erin to use a machine to clean the floor at the time of inspection, changed their mind on the day of the cleaning and wouldn’t allow for any machine usage on the floor. Erin then took the time to manually clean the entire townhouse (2000 sq ft). We couldn’t believe it. He was so patient and even though it took many, many more hours to complete. The wood floors were perfect, streak free and like brand new once he had completed the cleaning. Even after all this work, the landlords were suppose to come to view the floors after the cleaning - which they were almost two hours late, but he was kind enough to wait patiently to make sure they agreed to the floor prior to him leaving (as this was the only hold they had to our security deposit they were refusing to pay back). Long story short...after the floors were cleaned, the landlords no longer had any way to keep our deposit without us going to small claims. We basically got our entire deposit back! Erin was so understanding, professional, patient and above all, excellent at his job! When we move from our place now, I know exactly who I’m going to have help us clean. Thanks again Erin!”
