“My family and I have spent a good amount of time at Home Towne Studios stl. Our time here was amazing it was great. The staff is great. I have NEVER been to any hotel, motel anywhere and I can honestly say that the entire staff was amazing. Ms. Crystal the hotel main management she has a heart ❤️ of gold. She really does try to work with you help when you are in need of help she is there for you. Good management makes a great staff and that's why she has the great staff that she does. Ms. Ashley has the same big heart that Ms. Crystal does she makes sure each and every customer has an good experience walking through the door. Then you have Ms. Yolanda, Deborah, Vicky they by g do an awesome job at making sure your needs are meet. Then even the cleaning staff stays on point all the time Ms. Sherri and the others I can't remember there names but they keep up your room keep you good on towels linen everything. If you need somewhere to call home this is my number 1 choice every time!!!! Thanks so much ladies for your help with my family...Thanks also to the Janitorial men there without them being on point with there work other mishaps would not run as smoothly as it does without them. “My brother-in-law took our family on a private charter as a family and Captain Steve and his first mate Tom were amazing!! We had so much fun and so enjoyed our 4 hour excursion! The guys took amazing care of us, knew some unbelievable marina life areas. We saw whales, dolphins, tropical fish, sea turtles and even watched the sun set. “My experience has always been amazing. From the virtual tellers to customer service desk. The employees are very friendly. I came to the branch on Saturday mind you Friday was a holiday. I was expected to see a line or the branch to be busy. The teller station has 3 open windows, the lobby has 2 people waiting. Once my deposit was done I had to sign in to see a specialist. The wait was kind of long, there was only one person working the front desk. However, I didn't mind waiting. After doing some online things and talking on the phone it was my turn. Tiare assisted me with my second account for my mortgage. She was extremely informative and very pleasant. Even though she was the only one holding down the branch she was on the ball. She has been such a pleasure to deal with. Whenever I have an account related issue I will schedule an appointment with her.”
