“Very responsive to phone calls. Staff is friendly and goes the extra mile to help. I called on a Saturday afternoon and had my unit rented within 15 minutes. The only issue, as other reviewers mentioned, was that my code did not work at the keypad when I arrived at the gate. However, I left a voicemail message and my call was returned within minutes on a Sunday afternoon. The team helped me get a temporary unlock code so I could proceed through the gate. Mistakes happen. What matters is how a company makes it right - Paula and Sheldon did just that. Thank you! Once the gate issue was resolved, I was even more pleasantly surprised at how clean and spacious my 10x20 unit was. The vaulted ceiling provides a nice upper level. Plenty of room for all my things. The promotional discount was a really nice bonus. I recommend this company and location (Shafer)!”

“Foster Point is an incredible place to have gatherings. Point is surrounded by water except for the paved area that you walk out to the pavilion. There is a large covered Pavilion. I did notice I couldn’t get cell coverage under the pavilion however after walking away from the pavilion about ten feet no problem. Plenty of parking is available. Book through Air Force ITT office. Incredible aquamarine water views.”

“So I kept it fairly simple when I came here, though I did want to try the milkshakes and chili-cheese fries. I ended up getting the Classic Burger + Bacon and a small fry. They told us we could have a seat and they brought it around to us which was very nice. So, the burger in itself was good. The meat has seasoning (Though it could've been a little richer), but it was good. The bacon wasn't burnt and it was also fully cooked. The burger within itself was good (Including the bread). I'd give it about a 4/5 if I had to rate it. But, for the most part it was pretty good and I ate the whole thing. The fries were nice and crispy but had no seasoning (Or barely had any). I didn't really taste any salt on it at all, which sucked because they would've been that much better if they had salt. I believe my total came to about $13 and some change for the burger and small fry. They have a seating area as well. I'm not sure if I'd put these burgers over five guys, but the burger was solid. I still have to try some of the other food.”
