Morgan Property Management is by far the best management company in the Treasure Valley that I have had the pleasure of working with. As a self-employed repairman in the valley for the last 20+ years, I have worked with most of the management companies in the area at one time or another, and usually cut the working relationship in a matter of months due to what I think are poor business practices, poor tenant relations, or poor vendor relations.
