Pamela is amazing!! She will suggest a plan of care for you but is no pressure at all! She makes you feel very comfortable and open to sharing. She’s forward and to the point, she wants to help you as quickly as possible so you can be your best self. She won’t sugar coat things for you, and you will either love her for it or not. I’ve been to several counselors over the years and she is by far my favorite and the best. She’s helped me identify my issues right off the bat and gets us working on fixing them. Pamela has been the biggest blessing for me, I’m so glad I was referred to her! She got me to get my marriage off the rocks, take control of myself and my issues, and take my power back. Her schedule is flexible, and easy to get into.

I cannot begin to express how grateful I am for Pamela. I am finding the answers and help I need to get to where I envision myself. My life has already been altered in the most positive way. I am hopeful and excited, thanks to the help I have received from this wonderful woman.

Words can’t describe how much Pamela has helped me. I Was at a low in my life and going through some pretty rough stuff. Pamela helped me find myself again when I was completely lost.

I had one therapy session with this wonderful woman and she sparked the life back into me and it encouraged me to go find my happiness again. I was seeking treatment for ptsd (that was developing into cptsd) anxiety and depression and she did a combination of different tactics, very informative and was also comforting, understanding and listened to me. Breathing session was a huge help in grounding my mental and emotional state and I am very thankful that she offers this to her clients!
