  Lyle Pearson Company Mercedes Benz in Boise saved us when we dropped by to ask for assistance after we discovered that the hatch door on our Mercedes ML350 would not close partway through our 11 hour drive home through Boise. Despite being completely booked for services for the next two weeks, Service Manager Alan Eisenberg recognized our plight and generously took us on to replace the latch. The entire team, including Amber and Jared, could not have been more professional, helpful and courteous. Their thoughtfulness and kindness were extraordinary —as was their quick and competent service. Lyle Pearson Company Mercedes Benz sets a very high standard for customer service.

  Dalton in sales was AWESOME! No pressure, very informative and incredibly helpful. He made it a great experience! Only reason I’m not giving them five stars is because of the finance woman. While she got us a good deal, she did a hard up-sell on unneeded extras, was uninformed on many of them and couldn’t answer specific technical questions or answered them incorrectly and resisted several reasonable requests. She was nice but just needed to ease up on the sales pressure and get assistance on the technical pieces. I would recommend the dealership, especially Dalton!

  I was in the market for a new vehicle and having a hard time trying to decide what to get. After months of researching my options I went out and started to test drive my top picks. I stopped into Mercedes of boise for some test drives. One thing that annoys me while car shopping is being bum rushed by multiple salesmen trying to sell me a car I don’t want. When I arrived I had time to look around before Scott Reed came to me asking me what I was looking for. This book wasn’t judged by his cover when I said what I was looking for which has been an issue in some places. They were professional and I could not of asked for better treatment. Everyone there from the manager, salesman, to the finance personnel were all very nice and friendly. Scott Reed offered me a deal that I could no longer turn down. After a month of owning a 2018 CLA AMG I am still getting calls making sure I’m still happy with my car. I would highly recommend giving them a visit if you're in the market. I plan on visiting Mercedes of Boise for future purchases.

  Super courteous and professional, The entire Staff, from front desk to finance. Sales rep. was second to NONE! We absolutely enjoyed ALL aspects of the process. It was FUN!
