  I came here with my great uncle and my great grandmother to get my great grandmother some new shoes and I must say that this place is absolutely phenomenal. The staff member that helped us was so nice and stayed with us for hours trying to find us the right shoe. That was the best customer service I have ever had!

  They have fixed 3 pairs of my favourite shoes including the boots I walked all over France in. Super reasonable prices and high quality work. Highly recommend and thanks for always being so nice!

  Very good service. David was knowledgeable and pleasant. Wonderful shoe and boot selection, with many styles to choose from. Family owned and operated . Fair prices I could not have been treated better

  I come here every year for diabetic Orthotics and shoes. They have great service and a very nice shoe selection. I wouldn't be able to walk nearly as much without my orthotics. They have helped with neuropathy, back pain and leg pain. The diabetic shoes are usually Brooks and I love them. They are attractive and comfortable.
  
  They're Nampa store carries an ankle roll guard which I have been using for the last year. I used to sprain my ankle about once a week due to muscle disease. Since I've been wearing this I never sprain it! I've included a photo below. They are very comfortable to wear, unlike traditional ankle braces. I just bought my second one so I would have 2 more spare straps for the bottom. Well worth it!

  it is my birthday April 9 and I have been saving for a pair of birkenstocks, and I went In to Rosendale to see what pair I wanted ,I wish I new the ladys name ,but she was the nicest person, and so helpful , and helped me out ! and now I have to get new tan lines on my feet lol ! Rosendale is the best ! ????
