We had a great experience with Dillabaugh's. Raul was very easy to work with; we appreciated how he approached his work and his clients (us): with joy, purpose, expertise & patience! A rare skill set these days. Raul helped us determine our look and budget for our kitchen and bathroom floors. We decided on a luxury vinyl plank material and we love it! Dillabaugh's scheduling team and contractors were very professional and helped us work through all aspects of our renovation and making sure things were scheduled and accomplished. I had a wonderful experience at Dillabaugh’s. 3 times now coming to the rescue for our McCall Cabin! I have worked with Hope and Raul there and both sight unseen, over the phone, helped me soooo much! It allowed me to pick out our carpet, have it ready so I could drive down from McCall, pick it up and it was installed the next day! We love working with them!

We were looking for new flooring for our bedroom and we were thinking about the vinyl flooring. We had some regular wood laminate and it wasn't working well on the bedroom floor, so we went to Dillabaugh's and met Raul. We talk with Raul about our problem with the laminate and asked about the vinyl flooring. Raul was very good and knowledgeable about his products and gave us some samples to take home to see what would best with our furniture. After deciding what we wanted we went back to the store and Raul took care of us and we got the vinyl and we were able to install in a short amount of time and we are very pleased with what we got.
