I’ve used Tate’s numerous times for many projects in the last few years. I’ve never had a problem with the equipment or staff. I learned that if you say you are coming down at a certain time, consider that an appointment and if you get behind and need more time, call to let them know. Otherwise you are considered a no show and your equipment will be available to someone else.
