I needed some assistance updating my account today and Sue Johnson assisted me. She was incredibly professional, resourceful and friendly. I would highly recommend this location for your storage needs.

Looking to store a few things so I stopped in to check out the storage facility. The manager Sue was very nice and professional. She took me on a tour of the property and explained unit pricing and explained the units have alarms on them, for extra security. Love that!
AND the facility is climate controlled...Nice feature!
I have been checking around on other facilities. This place seems to have fair pricing. However good customer service is important to me and the manager Sue was top notch! I need to pack up soon and make the move to this facility!

Pam is a pleasure to work with. Took the time to show me around. Explained how to access the building and made sure my code worked before I left. She is an asset to the company and an excellent Property Manager. Thank you for everything.

Recently went to renew our neighborhood association rental agreement. Pam, the manager, went over and above to help untangle a couple of issues with our account and now everything has been resolved! We recently moved our account to this location because it is clean, climate controlled, and has secure entry door and elevator access. (also a very nice, friendly manager). Thank you Pam - you are the best!
