(March 8, 2020, 4:08 am)Chuck and Lisa run an amazing place! I started going to CopenRoss almost a year ago for Tuesday Night Trivia with some coworkers to get out of the house. It started as something we just thought we would do once or twice. However, the atmosphere of CopenRoss keeps my friends and I coming back every week! The food is amazing! We brag about it and think about what we will have every Tuesday while we're at work. The taps always have something for everyone. I'm a cider person and there is always something new and exciting for me to try. The staff is caring and if something is wrong (very, very rarely is something wrong), or taking a little longer than usual to come out, the customers are always taken care of. The cooks know what they are doing and the food is consistently cooked to perfection. I am a happy customer with this business and grateful to have a place where my friends and I can play trivia, get a good meal, and have some great laughs.
(February 17, 2020, 12:13 am)Really nice tap house. The gal behind the counter was knowledgeable about beer and had a fun attitude. The menu for food was limited. However, the sandwiches that my wife an I ate we're really good. And the potato salad was super!
(January 28, 2020, 11:26 pm)This place is fantastic. The beer selection and prices are the best you're going to find in Boise. It's an independently owned and operated which is reason enough to visit. But you know your dollar is going to someone local. Try the pretzels. You won't be disappointed.
(November 9, 2019, 3:36 pm)Great food (pulled pork sandwich and potato salad is the way to go!), beer, beer, wine, mead, beer, cider, beer, soda... oh, and beer! Their selection is fantastic. Sure to have something for everyone.
Great prices on everything and friendly, knowledgeable staff. A++
