(October 27, 2019, 6:56 pm)My Amazon Prime account was cancelled for some reason. I have tried for 2 days to reach a representative at 3 different Treasure Valley locations. No one will answer the phone. I have left 3 messages over 2 days and still no one will return my calls. Their voicemail says they check their messages several times through out the day and will call back. They don't. Not very good customer service.

(October 1, 2019, 9:06 pm)Great experience here. Had to get a new line, rep had my phone ready to go in no more than 15 minutes. Offered to give me a steal on a case, and some set up with my device if I needed it. There were a few people behind me so he easily could've gotten it hooked up and sent me on my way. Dude went above and beyond for me, customer service was spectacular. Will definitely be coming back.

(January 15, 2018, 6:32 pm)The customer service lady was amazing. I have 3 kids with me and she help with them as she showed me my options. Gave them a balloon and they were happy. The product is not something a child, but she went the extra mile to make kid friendly and was able to help me get into a service for an amazing price each month and little down on my phone. I work in retail and customer service I judge critically, she gets an A+ in service.
