I've only recently needed to figure out my own coverage post-divorce and pre-international travel and have had the absolute pleasure of working with Lindsay Clarke-Youngwerth here at The Shandro Group. She's been such a dream and relief. I've too often felt lost when I look for protection, coverage, and even just answers to my questions and needs, and Lindsay has been so responsive and helpful. My employer recently changed insurance companies and it happened to be during a time that I was planning to take a week and go to an in-patient treatment facility for depression. The hospital said they needed to verify my benefits before I could go and I became extremely upset. I called Lindsay at Shandro Group to see if there was anything she could do to get me my ID number. She was absolutely amazing and really went above and beyond to get this taken care of for me. I was able to go in the next day and get the treatment I needed! I would highly recommend the Shandro group to anyone looking for people who will do whatever they can for you! :)

Unfortunately, Lori wasn't the right person to serve my business, which is based in New York and already contracts with Zenefits, but that didn't stop her from eagerly offering a wealth of excellent advice. Warm and generous with her time, Lori will be the first person I go to if/when I go looking for health insurance for another business. Can't recommend her highly enough!
