(July 28, 2020, 7:00 pm)The trail is great. Highly recommended, but parking is weird. There is a huge parking lot but it warns you that you cannot park there so you have to park on the street.

(February 20, 2020, 9:38 am)These are the trails I go to in the winter, the main trail is fine grade with gravel and easier when it's a bit wet or snowy. In the summer I go to the Hillside to Hollow trails off Ussery. Boise residents are fortunate to have a proactive city that invests in recreation.
(September 3, 2019, 1:03 am)My daughter and I hiked this trail for the first time. No shade so I would recommend going on a semi-warm day, take some water, and wear a hat. There is a picnic table, horse shoe pit, and basketball hoops next to parking lot. We didn't hike too far, but we did overlook some houses that were back in there.
(July 8, 2019, 6:53 pm)This is my go to for trail running. There are plenty of well maintained trails here and one can choose your own adventure! The best thing about the upper trails is that they are almost like hardpacked sand and don’t have almost any rocks. Plus the views are 10/10 amazing. The area has a very safe feel.
