(August 2, 2020, 2:19 pm)A labor of love! Spring Creek Brewing Co is open, it did not disappoint. Great food and great beer! You have to try the tempura fresh vegetables! Wish COVID wasn't happening, but it didn't steal away from the great service! Yes they are implementing precautions! Can't wait to go again.

(August 2, 2020, 1:41 am)Amazing! They had three of their own beers on tap and one more from one of their cohorts, Mother Earth Brewing. Spring Creek's CDA beer was a darker hoppy beer that went down smooth. Having tried their beers before the brewery opened i had no worries that their beer would be great, scaling up their production has only made the beer even better. I was really surprised at just how good the food was. Went with a pregnant wife and so we tried a lot of food to match her cravings. Hummus was as good as any local Mediterranean place. The .ac and cheese had a hint of some chile or peppers and was excellent. The chainbreaker pizza is a wild mix of habaneros, green apples and honey, it was perfect! That mixture plus the corn meal crust from a woodfired oven made for one of the best unique pizzas. They could easily market themselves as a pizza place that sells beer just as easily as a brewery that sells pizza, neither takes a backseat to the other. Also if you get a chance try the butternut squash and blackbean tacos, they sounded unusual but my wife inhaled them, again excellent. Spring Creek Brewery is totally worth the drive to Avimor.
