(December 24, 2013, 10:32 am)I visit Boise 4-5times per year and was looking for a quality pedicure because I have Type II diabetes. Based on research, I decided on The Foot Whisperer - one of the best decisions I have ever made. She really knows what she is doing and knows what to do for all of the health issues with feet. My pedicure was better than the one I get from my regular technician in South Carolina. I will make sure I schedule a pedicure every time I am in Boise.
