  Great customer service from consultation to installation at a fair price. Up to the minute updates as our counters were being installed. Highly recommend.

  Absolutely, hands down, the best tile and granite you can get in Idaho. Chris, Vince and Marco provided exceptional customer service! Not only great service but the work they did was phenomenal. They were incredibly patient and helpful from start to finish. Thank you guys...my bathroom is absolutely beautiful.

  I went to Tile Outlet and Granite for a project of tileing around a new fireplace mantle and granite tops for the side cabinets. I was impressed with their friendliness and knowledge of all aspects of the job. They had very good advise and great customer service through out the completion which turned out perfect. A special thanks goes to Felicia and Vince for all their help and solid advice and all of their installers that did a good job. I would go back again for any future projects. Thank you!!

  We finally decided to replace our 10 year old formica counters, so we contacted Tile Outlet. From the beginning, they were very helpful and knowledgeable in the various counter options. They came to our home, took pictures and measurements of the counters and backsplash we were replacing. We especially liked the fact that they were a full service offering - consulting, product options, fabrication and installation. The project came off without a hitch and on time and budget. We respect Marco and his team for their customer-oriented approach, and highly recommend them if you are planning tile and/or granite work.
